Welcome to my very first publication/delusion. I will be doing these weird things once in while called writing so please subscribe so i can be proud of my Delusions.
Let me start(Haven’t i started already?), the meaning of the header is a conjoined word TECH + RESCUE it’s not grammatically legal but well... This topic particularly applies to the Nigerian audience. As it stands now tech is a exit plan to success and a better life, but there’s a comma somewhere{sure! Right before this sentence} The comma is,the Nigerian tech field is not passion based which is totally okay but if in the right proportions though.
You see one thing about doing something crucial is that there needs to be motivation and a burning and pushing reason.
That reason when it comes to tech in Nigeria? Money. As vital and nice as that might seem passion something should be on the same level as money, very few Nigerians have that and again IT IS OKAY. Then what is the problem now? sorry for the delay, the problem is another industry which is viable, accommodating as tech can spring up and the tech industry will tilt that way sinking the Nigerian tech industry in days … Alright months at best an avid example of this was the 2022 height of relocation saga a lot of tech bros left the country for better opportunities and some them were key tech employees in major Nigerian banks. This immediately reflected in the services of the bank negatively, bank apps couldn’t carry out simple tasks of logging in.
Do the banks deserve this? Oh yes! they’ll learn to pay and respect their employees l well and better, how about i as the end user, nope! i don’t, but one thing i’ll have you know is if this imaginative scenario happens it’s going to be the same around the world.
Lastly leave me leave you with this quote that has stood out for ages for me and still and will always have meaning
There is no quote……Metacienfuegos

Way to go, darling!✨
I love how you pointed this particular aspect of underpayment, people go to where they feel more appreciated for the service they render
